On the 19th of October reports came up that the FBI raided US homes of Russian Oligarch Oleg Deripaska on charges like money laundering and blackmail. Earlier claims of the Treasury Department emphasized that he threatened the lives of business rivals, ordered the murder of a businessman, took part in extortion, racketeering and illegal wiretapping and belongs to a Russian organized crime group. But Deripaska who defined his role once as acting unseparable from the Russian state took part in a multilevel Russian influence operation around the 2016 US presidential election. His business partner Paul Manafort who owed him several million Dollar was for several months Donald Trump’s campaign manager. When Manafort lobbyed for the Putin friendly Ukrainian government prior to 2014, he was joined by former Austrian chancellor Alfred Gusenbauer. I did a lot of research on Deripaskas network in Austria and the covert Russian strategy unfolding with it; another word for it would be „multilevel Russian influence operation“.

In 2007 Deripaska visited Vienna with Vladimir Putin to acquire shares of construction company Strabag; he demanded a seat in Strabag’s advisory board for Siegfried Wolf who was the CEO of Magna where Deripaska also became partner. The then chancellor Alfred Gusenbauer in 2010 was elected chairman of the advisory board, which Wolf left in 2015. The shares which Deripaska bought were from Raiffeisen who still is partner in Strabag; the deputy chairman of the advisory board is Erwin Hameseder from Raiffeisen. The screenshot below shows a photo of Deripaska the Denver Gazette first used in front of the GAZ factory which was once owned by the Russian state when Magna in 1998 began to cooperate with it. Now Siegfried Wolf is Deripaskas business partner and has bought the MAN factory in Steyr in Upper Austria. Gusenbauer took part in Manafort’s Ukraine Lobbying and in Austria he and Wolf pushed Rene Benko of Signa Holding who bought the Chrysler Building and was represented by Skadden, another Ukraine Lobbying Partner.

Verteidigungsministerin Klaudia Tanner fiel beim Thema Eurofighter dadurch auf, dass sie versprach, Airbus werde sie noch kennenlernen – man hatte aber beim Luftfahrtkonzern keine gesteigerte Lust darauf. Die ständig wiederholten Anschuldigungen sind hanebüchen, da Tanner und andere zuerst vor der österreichischen Tür kehren sollten. Obwohl oder weil es drei U-Ausschüsse gab, sind noch viele Fragen offen, etwa warum sowohl Ex-Finanzminister Karl Heinz Grasser als auch Ex-Bundeskanzler Alfred Gusenbauer russische MiG-29 ins Spiel brachten. Oder warum diese Grasser – und nicht dem damaligen Verteidigungsminister Herbert Scheibner – als „Paketlösung“ mit Eurofightern der Tranche 2 angeboten wurden, und warum davon nur wenige wussten. Und natürlich, warum der Magna-Konzern eine so prominente Rolle bei der Anbahnung des Deals spielte, ob es da wirklich nur um die Gegengeschäfte ging. Was man etwa beim 1. U-Ausschuss 2006/7 eigentlich „hidden in plain sight“ vorfand, wurde nie klar genug benannt, was sich letztlich auch auf die politische Situation heute und damit auf den Ibiza-U-Ausschuss auswirkt.

Zunächst erscheint es seltsam. dass ein Autozulieferer wie Magna einem Luftfahrt- und Rüstungskonzern wie EADS (heute Airbus Group) beim Sondieren des russischen Marktes helfen sollte. So wurde es aber vereinbart, mit Magna-Manager Hubert Hödl, der dabei volle Rückendeckung von Siegfried Wolf hatte, mit dem er auch befreundet ist. Während Wolf und Hödl dem 2. U-Ausschuss 2017 fernblieben, der allerdings das Ziel hatte, Ex-Verteidigungsminister Norbert Darabos den Schwarzen Peter für Gusenbauer-Machenschaften zuzuschieben, wurden sie im 1. und im 3. befragt; da sowohl im Jahr 2018 als auch 2019, und wieder wollte der Ausschuss nicht Farbe bekennen. Das Thema „Auto“ ist aber naheliegend, wenn sich der CEO von EADS, Manfred Bischoff, der zugleich Aufsichtsratsvorsitzender der Daimler AG (damals: DaimlerChrysler) ist, mit Hödl und Minister Grasser traf (der einmal im Stronach-Jet anreiste). Beim 1. U-Ausschuss wurden keine Ladungslisten veröffentlicht und die Protokolle werden nicht unter dem Namen von Befragten gespeichert; wenn man sich aber durchscrollt, findet man hier ab Seite 89 den ehemaligem BMF-Ministerialrat Hubert Hillingrather, der über Magna, MiG-29 und EADS spricht.

Mainstream media bash President Donald Trump because he tweets about Obamagate and retweets QAnon followers. This should divert attention from the question what Obamagate is about and if there might be reason to exonerate General Michael Flynn. In reality the whole Russiagate narrative turns into the opposite revealing other collusion with ties to European ties to Russia. After the election campaign 2016 the meme was created „they never thought she could lose“ meaning Hillary Clinton. Then came the „revenge“ of a „shadow president“ Barack Obama who followed Trump’s travels abroad and his political themes. An astroturf „movement“ against Trump was created with money from George Soros and others and the „Women’s March against Washington“ (in many cities in the world), „Muslim Ban protests“ and of course demonstrations on inauguration day itself and afterwards. In autumn 2017 the first cryptic post appeared on message boards, signed with Q. As Q stayed anonymous, users began to call „him“ QAnon and started to research what could be the deeper meaning of „his“ messages.

It took not much time until the growing Q community was labelled conspiracy theorists which is now an „argument“ against them in many countries. Some indeed believe things Q never „said“ but they had to find their own way through a jungle of disinformation in mainstream media; they must learn to put puzzle pieces together. At the moment media try to frame Attorney General Bill Barr by cutting an answer he gave in an interview. He said that history is written by the winner – to help Trump against Obama? – but added that he had to follow the rule of law. Some users speak of a „Clinton Body Count“ with f.e. Seth Rich who worked for the DNC and was killed in 2016; he gave emails to Wikileaks so there was no Russian „DNC hack“ as a source for this leak. Russians – the GRU, the military intelligence – are hacking but they were not responsible for DNC emails at Wikileaks. When the new Austrian government was formed in January the server of the foreign ministry was hacked and the attack lasted for many days.
